What's the processing time?

We dispatch your order for verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging immediately upon receiving your payment. Allow an extra 1-3 days for this process.

Can I track my order?

How do I pay to plant trees with my order?

You don't have to do anything, we'll take care of it: at Gymratslegacy, your contribution to our tree-planting initiative is seamless and included in the overall cost of your order.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about the purchase?

We offer refunds for unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us, we will guide you through the return and refund process.

I have not received my order, where is it?

Some address information is probably wrong or they have tried to deliver it. If you have received the email with the tracking number, it is best to talk to the shipping company and tell them your tracking because they probably have it. If you do not have the tracking number, contact our support.

I emailed customer service. How long will it take them to respond?

Customer service emails are answered every day, so you will be responded to in less than 24 hours. The service is from Monday to Friday.

I received a different size from the one I ordered, what should I do?

Some of our products have measurements that do not correspond with European and American measurements, so for each product we have created a table that you can find together with the product photos. The table is designed for measurements to be converted into European and US sizes.

When you receive the ordered product you may see a label with a different size from what you ordered: don’t worry it’s all correct, you can check the measures yourself, you will see that they are the same as those indicated in the table!

You can confirm that the size is correct by the label on our package, there you will find the size you have chosen.

If for some rare occasion we made a mistake while sending, do not hesitate to contact us: we will answer you as soon as possible and we will solve the problem together:)
