Refund Policy

At Gymratslegacy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our return policy aims to provide you with a smooth and efficient process for addressing any concerns you may have.

 

1. Return Process: if you find your purchase unsatisfactory and wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at support@gymratslegacy.com, providing your order number and the reason for return. Please be aware that you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Products returned beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

If you opt to initiate a return for an order, you will be responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.

Upon receiving your return request, our customer service team will thoroughly assess it and provide additional instructions if the return is approved. It is imperative that returned items are in their original packaging, inclusive of any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Furthermore, returned items must be unused, maintain the same condition as when shipped, and be in their original packaging. We regret to inform you that items exhibiting stains, bent cards, broken seals, or torn plastic sheets cannot be accepted. Should the returned product fail to meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.

 

2. What We Require from You: To facilitate the return and refund process, please provide the following information:

  • Photos/videos of the damaged item, demonstrating the extent of the damage.
  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Complete shipping address
  • Telephone number

 

3. How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service
  2. Provide photos/videos of the damaged product*

    *In the exceptional case that you receive a product with factory defects, you will have to justify it by means of film evidence to our customer service partners.

    In a favorable case, you can choose the following options:

    1. Full refund (Redeemable voucher or bank transfer)
    2. Shipment of a new product

     

    4. Refund Details:

    • The refund will be issued to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card) or redeemable voucher
    • We recommend refunding the money to redeemable voucher for faster processing. This voucher can be utilized for future orders.*

    *This voucher will be valid for 12 months.

    All refunds will be credited with a voucher or the original payment channel of the same amount as the order to be returned. Once we receive your order, our quality team will check it to make sure it is in its original condition. After this process, you will receive the refund. 

    Processing of returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed and received.

     

    5. Cases Eligible for Refund: Gymratslegacy will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

    • Damaged Products: Full refund or replacement for damaged items upon arrival.
      1. Incorrect or Missing Products: Full refund or replacement for products with incorrect details, wrong color, size, or missing components.

         

        6. Other Refundable Scenarios:

        • Products Out of Stock: Full refund if the product is out of stock.
        • Products Unable to Ship: Full refund if the product cannot be shipped due to limited transportation.
        • Delayed Orders: Full refund for orders delayed beyond specified timeframes*.

        *For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, we will refund if the total shipping time more than 30 days.

           

          7. Non-Refundable Scenarios: Gymratslegacy will not issue refunds in the following cases:

          • Order Delivered: No refund or resend if the tracking info shows 'order delivered.'
            1. Package Unclaimed: If the package is unclaimed, it will be destroyed within 48 hours.
              1. Tracking Information Alert: No refund or resend for tracking info alerts under specific circumstances.

                 

                8. Dispute Details:

                • Raise a dispute within 14 days from the date of product receipt.
                • Disputes denied for reasons such as no tracking info or specific shipping options and destinations.

                 

                9. Return Considerations:

                • Gym Rats Legacy does not encourage product returns due to high shipping costs and extended delivery times
                • If you decide to return a product, ensure it is within 14 days of receipt
                • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and returns are only accepted at the Gymratslegacy China warehouse.
